Mental health crisis support
Call NHS 111 and select the mental health option if you, or someone you know, is in a mental health crisis. Available 24/7, you’ll speak to a mental health professional who can help you find the right support.

If you need urgent medical advice for something which isn’t life threatening, please visit www.111.nhs.uk or call 111 before going to A&E to ensure you get the right help. If you need to go to hospital you may be given a booked time slot which will shorten how long you have to wait. This will help to keep you, your family and friends safe during the pandemic.

ONLINE HELP FROM OUR GPS AND NURSES:
You are also able to contact the surgery by phone, however we respectfully request you use the online consultation form where possible to enable those who are unable to use the form access to the surgery in a timely manor.
Please be aware that on the day appointments are not provided on a first come first served basis but on a urgent need bases. Routine and review appointment are available to be booked in advance.

We will let you know within 1 working day how we will handle your request (this may include arranging an appointment on another day or signposting to another appropriate service).
