Appointments
Where possible, to book an appointment please use the online consultation form on the main home page of this website, the surgery will contact you with an appointment or advise as to where to get help, based on the information you have provided.
You are also able to contact the surgery by phone, however we respectfully request you use the online consultation form where possible to enable those who are unable to use the form access to the surgery in a timely manor.
Please be aware that on the day appointments are not provided on a first come first served basis but on a urgent need bases. Routine and review appointment are available to be booked in advance.

Urgent Appointments
Please be aware that the surgery is not an emergency service, if you need Urgent Medical treatment please contact 111 or attend your nearest Accident and Emergency Department.
On the day appointment are available from 8 am on the day. Please Call 0161 241 8039 to speak to reception.
When all the appointments have been taken. We will offer an appointment at the extended access site or advise you to call 111 or attend A&E if this is appropriate.
It is un safe to continue seeing an indefinite number of on the day patients. This is why the number of available appointments needs to limited. The surgery will always offer an alternative in an urgent situation.
Out Of Hours Appointments

Routine Appointments
You can book an appointment where there are appointments available. You can book an appointment a face to face appointment or a telephone consultation as you need.
You can complete an online consultation form out at any time in the nay or at night. The surgery will response within 2 working days. This means you do not need to call the practice at 8am for an appointment. Face to Face Appointments
You can book a face to face appointment with the receptionist or via an online consultation form.
Appointments are available to prebook or on the day for immediate care.

Nurse / Nurse Associate / HCA appointments
You can book an appointment up to six weeks in advance (subject to availability).

Chaperone
You can ask for a chaperone for all intimate examinations.
Where a chaperone is unavailable, you will be asked to book another appointment.
We accept that patients may also request a friend or relative to go with them at these times.
Patients may request a staff chaperone from the clinician they see or a member of staff at the surgery.
Please Cancel Your Appointment If You Are Unable To Attend
To cancel your appointment, call the surgery or use the NHS app. You call also reply to a text message the surgery would have sent to you.
