There are a variety of methods to obtain online service access

Online Consultations:

To arrange a Review or discuss a New Problem with the doctor you can complete an online consultation form out which will be sent directly to your GP.

You DO NOT need to log into an account, just simply enter your details before submitting.

The form can be completed by a patient, family member or career at any time of the day or night.

You will normally get a call back within 48 working hours.
