There are a variety of methods to obtain online service access

Online Consultations:

To arrange a Review or discuss a New Problem with the doctor or nurse you can complete an online consultation form out which will be sent directly to your GP.

You DO NOT need to log into an account, just simply enter your details before submitting.

The form can be completed by a patient, family member or career at any time of the day or night.

We will let you know within 1 working day how we will handle your request (this may include arranging an appointment on another day or signposting to another appropriate service). If your symptoms worsen, please call the practice on 0161 241 8039 during opening hours, or dial 999 for life threatening emergencies
